This never lasts long at our house. It will become a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 OZ. block cream cheese
- Avocado Spray
- 3 tbs. Cinnamon Sugar Rub
- ¼ cub fruit jelly
NSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your smoker to 200 degrees F.
- Coat the block of cream cheese in a light layer of avocado oil. (Avocado spray works best)
- Season all sides with the Cinnamon Sugar Rub.
- Score the top of the block with your knife in a crosshatch pattern.
- Place your block of cream cheese on a tray covered in aluminum foil.
- Place on the grates of your smoker and let it smoke for about 2 hours.
- Place the jelly on top of the cream cheese.
- Serve immediately alongside your favorite graham crackers.
