SMOKED DESSERT CREAM CHEESE

This never lasts long at our house. It will become a family favorite. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8 OZ. block cream cheese
  • Avocado Spray
  • 3 tbs. Cinnamon Sugar Rub   
  • ¼ cub fruit jelly

NSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your smoker to 200 degrees F.
  2. Coat the block of cream cheese in a light layer of avocado oil. (Avocado spray works best)
  3. Season all sides with the Cinnamon Sugar Rub.
  4. Score the top of the block with your knife in a crosshatch pattern.
  5. Place your block of cream cheese on a tray covered in aluminum foil.
  6. Place on the grates of your smoker and let it smoke for about 2 hours.
  7. Place the jelly on top of the cream cheese.
  8. Serve immediately alongside your favorite graham crackers.
