Smoked Cream Cheese will be one of the easiest things you can make on your smoker. It is a favorite around our house.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Block Cream Cheese
- Avocado Oil Spray
- Smith and Son's BBQ Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your smoker to 200 degrees.
- Coat the block of cream cheese in a light layer of Avocado spray.
- Season all sides with BBQ Rub.
- Score the top of the block with your knife in a crosshatch pattern.
- Place your block of cream cheese on a try covered in aluminum foil.
- Place tray on the grates of your smoker and let it smoke for about 2 hours.
- Serve immediately alongside your favorite chips or crackers.
