Savory Smoked Cream Cheese

Smoked Cream Cheese will be one of the easiest things you can make on your smoker. It is a favorite around our house. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Block Cream Cheese
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Smith and Son's BBQ Rub

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your smoker to 200 degrees.
  2. Coat the block of cream cheese in a light layer of Avocado spray.
  3. Season all sides with BBQ Rub.
  4. Score the top of the block with your knife in a crosshatch pattern.
  5. Place your block of cream cheese on a try covered in aluminum foil.
  6. Place tray on the grates of your smoker and let it smoke for about 2 hours. 
  7. Serve immediately alongside your favorite chips or crackers.
